Spending my life around First Responders and observing the adverse physical and mental changes this career choice could incur, I decided to journey deeper into how the practice of yoga can benefit the men and women who dedicate their lives to others, all too often at the expense of their own well-being.

My classes are structured specifically for First Responders and the unique challenges encountered on the job.  Yoga is a healthy way to begin to recover from the stressful demands of your career, allowing you to function more fully in the present moment, both at work and in your personal lives.

 Through focused breathing and intentional strengthening and stretching movements, you will begin to attain a greater awareness of your body, while promoting restfulness in your mind.

Providing on-site yoga classes to First Responders. Classes are anatomically structured towards areas prone to injury, while improving your strength and flexibility for improved on-the-job performance.
